AMA Builders LLC is a Florida limited liability company and a licensed Florida building contractor, License No. CBC1266805.

3. Licensing and Scope of Services

AMA Builders LLC provides construction and general contracting services in the State of Florida. All work is performed under our Florida building contractor license. We do not perform work outside the scope of that license or outside the State of Florida.

4. Not Real Estate Brokerage Services

AMA Builders LLC is not a licensed real estate brokerage. Real estate brokerage services referenced on this Site, if any, are provided by a separate and independently licensed entity. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer of real estate brokerage services by AMA Builders LLC.

Information on this Site regarding markets, property values, construction costs, rental income, returns, or investment potential is provided for general informational purposes only.
