Already own a lot? We start there. If you are still looking, our affiliated real estate company can help you find one. We review utilities, flood zone and building setbacks to understand what the property allows.

If you already have an architect and engineers, we work alongside them. If you are starting without a design team, you can work with our trusted partners. Together, we align the plans, site requirements and construction budget.

Permits and planning
We manage construction permit applications and coordinate with the design team to address local review comments and required approvals.

The build
We manage the work on site and keep you involved through clear communication, progress updates and decisions made together.

Welcome home
We walk through your finished home with you, review its features and warranty coverage, and prepare to hand over the keys.

We plan the schedule around design, permitting and construction, and explain how site conditions, local approvals and material availability may affect it. You will know what to expect and receive updates as the project moves forward.

Do I need a lot or plans before contacting you?
No. You can come to us with a lot, plans or an early idea. We help you understand the next steps, whether that means finding land, working with our architectural and engineering partners, or reviewing plans you already have.
Can you build on my lot?
We review your property, location and proposed plans to confirm project suitability and the site conditions that affect the build.
Can I use my own architect and engineers?
Yes. We work alongside your architect and engineers to coordinate permitting and construction. If you do not have a design team yet, you can work with our trusted architectural and engineering partners.
Can I choose the finishes?
Yes. Selections follow your agreed specifications and allowances. If a choice changes the price or scope, we review the cost and obtain approval before proceeding.
How much will my home cost?
Each proposal is prepared for the project’s plans, location, site conditions, size, finishes and scope. We review the necessary information before providing a detailed proposal.
How long will the build take?
The schedule depends on planning, approvals, site conditions, material availability and the agreed scope. We discuss timing during planning and provide updates throughout construction.
Can I follow the project from out of state or abroad?
Yes. We share photos, videos and progress updates by WhatsApp or email, and coordinate decisions with you throughout construction. You can stay involved in your home without being on site every day.
What warranty is included?
Warranty documents define one year of workmanship coverage, two years for covered systems and ten years for qualifying structural defects, subject to the stated terms and exclusions.
