Juan David brings together the perspectives of a builder, real estate broker and investor to help clients understand their options and move their projects forward.

With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Juan David began his real estate career in 2011, later becoming a licensed real estate broker and a licensed building contractor in Florida.

Before building for clients, he evaluated properties, worked with lenders and contractors, and developed investment projects alongside his brothers. That experience continues to shape his involvement in AMA’s construction projects and growth, from early planning through the build.

Away from work, he enjoys running, hiking, traveling, reading and spending time outdoors with his wife and their dogs.

Alejandro brings an engineering mindset and experience in construction materials, process improvement and operations to the planning and execution of AMA’s projects.

A Chemical Engineer with master’s degrees in Administrative Engineering and Materials Science, Alejandro spent 15 years in corporate leadership roles in research and development, new product development and production within the construction materials industry.

His work included process optimization, continuous improvement and project management, using approaches such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. In 2015, he began investing in U.S. real estate with his brothers, progressing from property renovations and flips to new construction and the founding of AMA Builders.

Outside of work, he enjoys exercising, traveling, exploring new places and spending time with his family and dog. He also enjoys learning about health, fitness and staying active.

Santiago combines a background in business and finance with hands-on investing experience to support the planning, financial management and execution of AMA’s projects.

Santiago holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and completed postgraduate studies in Project Management. Before AMA, he spent more than seven years working in finance and marketing for a global company, developing experience in planning, leadership and financial management.

He began investing in U.S. real estate with his brothers in 2015, starting with residential renovations and property flips before moving into new construction. As their projects grew, so did his role in the financial and strategic side of the business, leading him to become a founding partner of AMA Builders.

He loves CrossFit and running, and counts the Sydney Marathon among his proudest achievements. He also enjoys exploring cities, finding scenic hiking trails, a little friendly gym competition and trying new technology.

Vanessa helps homeowners and investors connect with AMA, leading the company’s brand, marketing and sales efforts with a focus on clear communication and lasting relationships.

Part of AMA from the beginning, Vanessa has helped shape the company’s brand, marketing strategy and sales efforts as the business has grown. Her work spans brand positioning, digital content, social media and client outreach.

A University of Central Florida graduate who studied Psychology and Business Administration, she has also worked in real estate since 2012. That combination of business knowledge, real estate experience and understanding of people informs how she connects with homeowners and investors and develops new opportunities for AMA.

Outside of work, Vanessa loves traveling, discovering places and cultures, hiking, reading, trying great food and spending time with her husband and their dogs.
