Juan Ángel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and began his career as a real estate agent, later becoming a licensed broker. Guided by an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age, he built strong relationships with investors, lenders, title companies, and contractors, gaining valuable experience across all areas of the real estate industry.

In 2015, he partnered with his two brothers to take on flipping and new construction projects, combining their shared vision and passion for quality. Founded on brotherhood and guided by integrity, trust, and family values, their collaboration led to the creation of AMA Builders in 2019 — a company dedicated to building homes with purpose and lasting value.

Beyond business, Juan is passionate about sports, reading, running, hiking, and traveling. He finds balance and inspiration in spending time with his wife and their dogs, enjoying nature, and exploring new places — the same curiosity and drive that fuel his work and life.

Alejandro’s journey began as a Chemical Engineer, fascinated by how science and creativity come together to solve real-world problems. His career has been defined by curiosity, discipline, and a deep commitment to doing things right. He complemented his technical foundation with a Master’s in Administrative Engineering — to strengthen his management and leadership skills — and later with a Master’s in Materials Science, where he deepened his technical expertise and passion for innovation.

For fifteen years, Alejandro built a solid professional path in the corporate world, holding leadership roles in Research and Development, New Product Development, and as Technical Chief in Production at a leading multinational company in the construction materials sector. Throughout those years, he led diverse projects applying methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and TPM — gaining a strong foundation in process optimization, continuous improvement, and project management.

In 2015, encouraged by his brother Juan, Alejandro began investing in the U.S. real estate market — first through property flips and later in new construction projects. That experience marked the beginning of a new chapter in his professional life. In 2019, alongside his brothers, he co-founded AMA Builders, a company born from shared family values and a vision to create something lasting and meaningful.

At AMA Builders, he combines the technical rigor and structured mindset from his years in the corporate world with the family values that have always shaped him. Under his leadership, the company is dedicated to delivering quality projects on time, maintaining a harmonious and professional relationship with clients and partners, and building not only exceptional homes but also trust and long-term connections.

With a solid foundation in both business and construction, Santiago brings a unique combination of strategic insight and hands-on experience to AMA Builders. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Project Management, which have shaped his methodical, results-driven approach to every project.

Before founding AMA Builders, Santiago built a successful career in the corporate world, spending over seven years in the finance and marketing departments of a global cosmetics multinational. This experience refined his skills in leadership, planning, and financial management—key elements that now guide the company’s operations and investor relationships.

In 2015, Santiago began investing in U.S. real estate through residential renovation and flipping projects. His growing passion for construction and design led him, together with his two brothers, to establish AMA Builders in 2019. Since then, they have developed numerous residential projects across Central Florida, combining quality craftsmanship with a strong focus on investor value and client satisfaction.
